Drugism is the belief that the drug user identities of members of one’s own ethnic or cultural group are superior to the drug user identities of members of other ethnic or cultural groups.
Drugism is the belief that all users of a particular drug possess characteristics specific to that particular group of drug users, especially so as to distinguish them as inferior to another group of drug users.
Drugism is licensed bars supplying drugs to alcohol users, tobacconists and pharmacists supplying addictive drugs to nicotine users, coffeehouses supplying drugs to caffeine users, and drugs laws that entrust criminal networks with overseeing the supply chain management, quality control and delivery of drugs like marijuana to marijuana users, coca leaf, powder cocaine and crack cocaine to cocaine users, and ecstasy tablets to MDMA users, and all because of the discriminatory, hypocritical and pernicious belief that ‘my‘ drug use is more deserving of workable public health legislation than ‘your‘ drug use.
